This is a wand held in the left hand
It has a particle sparkle.. try it on

The star is just shaped with an opacity.. make it anything
The particle is two effects with two separate particles, one of these I have colored, if you upload a and png named the same it will make it disappear. Do not how small I have these particles, just a dot.
