Create your own bodyshape by changing your bust, waist and hip size all separately! Your bust is a, your waist is b and your hips are c, so to make your bust bigger, type a+1, a size even bigger is a+2. For smaller, a-1 or a-2 and so on. Even quicker and easier, there are 3 preset bodyshapes that you can use by typing body1, body2 or body3.

Unfortunately morphs function as animations so they get interrupted when you move from node to node, so you will have to reapply your bodyshape when you move around different spots. This is part of Dirili's mesh, I cannot "fix" it, so please contact Dirili if you have questions about how it works.
