Steam-powered invention from the Victorian 19th century. This oddity was invented to test the affects of centrifugal force on humans. More force was exerted on the person the faster the chairs revolved. I am wondering how many test subjects were able to keep their lunch down. Rumor has it that this invention was more often used as a torture device. So many inventions ultimately were used in ways never envisioned by the creator. A SteamPunk collectible today!
