This is a nice little out fit I made for the me to wear in the “In The Rain” DOC It is a long layered blight blue skirt a lovely top with add sleeves if you want them with a little puff to them and a lovely light blue Victorian umbrella and Victorian shoes all sold independently I even made the curly hair and all the jewelry can be found in my catalog.
