Neutral ground all 24/7, the network of clubs called The Neon exist both in RL and VR. Immortals and their allies come together at The Neon, passing information, safe-guarding their lives. The space is kept neutral by a staff of identical AI avis at every Neon. No matter what the theme of the club -- punk, rainforest, holy space, etc -- all the Neons have the same layout (mesh) but very different moods.
