I have contacted IMVU and worked out the solution *finally*. My deepest apologies to all previous customers who experienced the glitch. Please make sure to clear your IMVU Cache to view the new product. If you encounter problems clearing your cache, I recommend you use CacheCleaner 2.5.1.
