A two tier dwelling comprising a 'living' and 'bedroom' area, a 'grand staircase' (at least the seller would have you believe) connects the two rooms. Living area has an open hearth for cooking/warmth. Bedroom area has plenty of space for even the most generous of river dwellers. 'The Hill' and 'The Hall' are but a short distance away.
