Chandelier that has a particle star sparkle light

Developers easy derive! the Chandelier part just uses a picture with opacity, keep mine or change to your own.

The particle is easy to change, particle name is: sparkle.png

For my version I used like a cloud with 25% opacity and then dotted some stars on top, image is 128x128 and he star size was 12 pixels
