This is an example of what you can make with the derivable anyshape labret piercing. It's a silver butterfly labret lip piercing.

Be aware that this product may not look perfect at all times.
It stays where it is, so with some facial expressions it will look weird! It will not move along with the avatars lips!
I did make it so that it doesnt look too weird when the avatar smiles.
You could try using a 'lifeless head' or the 'serious mood' with it to diminish the problems with some facial expressions.
O and it seems that with some (accesory) products (so far painted on eyebrows using the face paint mesh have been reported to cause conflict) it can cause problems.. but with most accesory it should work fine, I tested it with earrings and accesory hair and it works just fine together.. so just use the try it one feature to be sure.
