T3 Romance Miami Modern Home
This is Modern Romance Miami Home. It has been a while since I have made a home for the Modern Romance range, so I add this along with my new Romance Phoenix Paradise Home. As opposed to other homes in this series, this one features more gray than white. This home is spacious and ready to be decorated. This room is a sprawling, split-level design with combines elements of a single-story design with that of a multi-story design. You may find this home easier to decorate than multi-story homes. The home features an open, airy sunroom, kitchen, dining area, bedroom which overlooks the living room, and a large indoor pool with a fountain. The deck in front of the home features a spa which is perfect for relaxing with friends. I love it and I hope you do as well.

***PRODUCT UPDATE 10/12/09***
I have upgraded the textures of the ground and trees on this product. Everything else is the same as shown in the photos. The grass is now darker and more uniform in texture. The trees are a darker shade as well. These are newer textures and I think they compliment this home very well. If you already have this home, you can update it by clearing your IMVU cache or just waiting 3-4 days for the system to do it automatically. Here are photos of how it looks now:
