Use triggers TR1 - TR15 to try each shape, when you've decided which one you'd like use SH1 - SH15 to make the shape permanent.
Mixing them up will turn you into a mutant and people will run away and cry.
If you wish to change the shape after you have used a permanent one you'll have to remove the product and put it back on, but it is best to try first.
