UPDATE3: To all of our loyal customers, thank you for bearing with us at this time. We are sorry for the inconvience and we appreciate your patience regarding our Wyrm AnySkin Elf Ears(F) and Wyrm Anyskin Elf Ears(M). It seems that just when the last issue (with the Wyrm Anyskin Elf Ears not taking on "any skins") was resolved, we run into something else with the IMVU update version 425.0 and the pre release as well. Just as we can't take credit for "fixing" the ears the last time, we also can't take responsibility for the past two issues with the ears. So please do NOT leave a negative review on the ears if it is in regards to either of these problems as the negative reviews cannot be removed.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with the IMVU Client and there is nothing that we can do about it at this time, other then wait it out until the issue is resolved by IMVU. Our product is not the only one being affected, as it is happening with other developer's products as well (feel free to check the forums as well to confirm this). Hopefully, this will be taken care of quickly and we are sorry that our ears are affected as well. We have checked and the IMVU Client version 424.8 (http://static-akm.imvu.com/imvufiles/installers/InstallIMVU_424.8.exe) does work both for the "any skin" as well as fixing the "flipping" or "inside-out" issues, in case you would like to install that version. UPDATE2: As of pre-release 424.4 or later, the Wyrm AnySkin Elf Ears should be working. If they are NOT working for you, then please do the following BEFORE contacting us:

1. Completely exit the IMVU Client
2. Clear your cache
3. Restart the IMVU Client

If the Wyrm AnySkin Elf Ears are still not showing your current skin, then please contact us with a private message on my IMVU profile page detailing what is not working and what you have tried. Again, please do NOT leave negative reviews regarding this issue as this was an issue with the IMVU Client, not our product, and the reviews can NOT be removed. Thank you!
