A beautiful Art Deco California beach house! I used materials true to the period. The façade is concrete with mahogany beams. The doors are stained glass and walnut. The deck, entrance, and walk tiles are terra cotta. The window mullions are walnut. The outside railings are copper with another stained glass window.

Inside, I used authentic wallpapers in each room. The inside railings are brushed steel. The floors in the summer room, kitchen and dining room are an ivory terra cotta tile, and the lounge and bedroom are cherry wood. I used tiles of the period in the indoor pool and the deck spa. Comes with tons of bells and whistles! Clouds blow by on a gentle breeze, the water “flows” in the fountain, spa, and pool. Tides roll out to sea. The doors open and close as you walk in and out. You can walk up and down stairs.
