Would you like to "Pop Up" in conversations more? Maybe "Burst" out of your shell? Well Hop-to-it with your very own You-In-A-Box. This HIDDEN item acts much like a Jack-In-The-Box for avies, allowing you liven up the dullest conversations with a dramatic entrance. When activated your avie disappears, and in it's place is the Box. Once the handle has spun several times, you EXPLODE out of the box, as if you were made of rubber and springs. The Box then disappears back again, hidden once until called upon again. It's quick, simple, and always at the ready. If this doesn't surprise the chat room chatters, check for a pulse!

PLEASE NOTE: This item Remains INVISIBLE UNTIL USED! After use it disappears again, so you won't know you have it on until you active it. The You-In-A-Box works equally well for Male and Female avies, but is found under Male Miscellaneous. Blame IMVU's poor catalog system for that one. This item also conflicts with any item that uses Channel 99 in the avie's body. Extremely few items replace that body channel, but if one of your items does it will either remove this item, or the other item. It might not properly fit certain items like Wide Dresses, Pants, or anything that increases the size of the avie below the knees. This is the Texture map used for the Box. Use this to make simple changes to the Box's appearance, such as color or adding decals. The star pattern is repeated on all 6 sides, so plan on a symmetrical design:

This is an Opacity image for the Box, but since it's solid white, I haven't included it here. An Opacity image is a Black and White silhouette, matching the Texture map in layout, with White being visible and the Black being invisible. Anything shaded gray is transparent, with it's opacity set by the darkness or lightness of the gray. You can use it to cut out pieces of the Box, remove the handle, or make the entire Box Glass-like in appearance. If you wish to create a new Opacity image, please reference the Wireframe layout template below.

This is the Wireframe layout for the Box. This shows you exactly how the Texture map image attaches to the model. Use this if you want to build a completely new Texture map from scratch or alter the Opacity map:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:

Please keep your sound volume levels within acceptable limits. DON'T MAKE YOUR SOUND AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE!!! Loud sounds will annoy other users, and reduce your sales. Also avoid using Looping sounds, as IMVU has no controls to stop Looping sounds once they start playing.
