Presenting Beauty and the Beach. I spent hours picking out the finest quality I could find to make this special mansion with its own private beach. Finely crafted with Italian and Greco-Roman tiles and marble, designer wallpapers and trimmings and hand carved railings, complete with an olympic sized pool in which a beautiful fountain flows into. Each room is lovingly decorated. There are marble pillars throughout the house and spanish beams. The roof and ocean side walls are etched glass so you have spectacular views of the beach and the sky. There are stained glass windows in the Florida Room and the Pool Room. Outside the Pool Room is a patio with an outside Jacuzzi. The pool areas are tiled and the railings, pool areas and doors have animated running track lights. There are numerous animated spots where you can walk up the stairs in each room. All rooms are on different levels. There are also standing spots and sitting spots by the pool and jacuzzi. The doorways are animated and open when you stand in front of them and then your avi walks through the door. All the animations are what makes this a very unique room. Outside is a large yard surrounding the house and there is a large boardwalk that has animated spots where you can actually walk along the boardwalk. The sky is animated as well as the ocean and there are large sailboats out in the distant waters. This room is stunning and there is enough room to add furniture inside and outside the house and make this the dream home you always wanted.
