Lover's Leap Lodge has been rumored that many years ago, a wonderful couple fell in love while enjoying their winter vacation at the lodge. They had fallen so head over heels in love they decided to get married right away. The couple called their parents and told them what they planned on doing. The young couple's parents were horrified that their young adults had decided to wed this soon. They were strictly against the marriage. Well, this devastated the young couple, so that night, they made a roaring fire in the lodge fireplace. The entire room lit up. The rich wooden floors were freshly waxed, the light shining across the floor. The white wood paneling along the walls made the room crisp and fresh looking. The balcony was tiled with a white granite tile, and the ledge was black marble. The inside staircase was made from a very durable, clear lucite material, making the stairway almost seem invisible. A great way to make the room appear very large. This lodge was made from within the side of a mountain, using the carved out part of the mountain as a building material. The high altitude on this snow covered mountain makes for an awesome view. The couple had enjoyed a quiet dinner that evening, so relaxing at the fire was a wonderful way to end the evening. The couple had sat there looking at each other intensely for what seemed like hours. It was almost like they could read each others minds. The couple decided to take a walk out along the edge of the trees overlooking the falls. They stood there holding each other so as to never let go; then they both turned facing the falls; hand in hand and leapt into the falls. It is rumoured on some light snowy evenings, you can see the ghosts of the young couple standing along the edge of the border of trees, just briefly before they disappear into the mist.
