This is an Avatar frame for use with your outfits panel, it is a bunch of jewels that fall from top to bottom on on side...can be sized to frame windows too (thanks for that idea BriannaMac!) caution; will make some jewelry and clothing items disappear it is due to the blending used to make it transparent and is beyond my control!
