This was a favor for my good friend Mags! Cosplay of one of the dresses of Effie from The Hunger Games. I only had this one picture to go off of since the movie had not yet been released when I made it and I don't plan on going to the movies to see it myself either. So everything about the dress that doesn't show in this picture was a complete guess.

I did the best I could with the sleeves, but it's very difficult to get things to move smoothly that drape between the body and the arms. The best poses are where the arms don't go too far back and where the shoulders don't shrug or droop too much.

DO NOT BUY! This dress is meant for derivation only, so only buy if for some reason you want a plain flat colored dress.
