To turn on the animation for the tight sleeves, use the transparency provided at the bottom of this page and use the same animation settings as the other glitter layers.

This is an outfit made from a series of outfits I designed for a character of mine back when I was a teenager :) Made the mesh especially for this outfit although the mesh has plenty of other fun applications. I'll include the old sketch below just for fun.
