Minerva outfit with glitter effect. Glitter effect can be removed by changing the transparency to a 256x256 black square and unchecking the animation button. Currently the pants glitter layer is visible, but you can make the full pantsuit glitter visible by changing the transparency to the dotted one that's at the bottom of this page and changing the animation settings to the same ones that are on the other glitter layers.
