A derivable room.

FOR DERIVING PURPOSES ONLY, DO NOT BUY!!!

This is the derivable version of my Haunted islands:

All "extra" furniture has been removed, so you can add whatever
furniture you want to your derived versions.

No texture guides, everything uses some variant of a square texture,
so any texture with the same height and width will work.

If you derive from this item, Please set your item to UNDERIVABLE to help
eliminate long, unnecessary, and EXPENSIVE derive chains, thank you.

Bear in mind some parts (like the ghost wall surrounding the island)
were designed to stretch the texture applied to them.
