This pad has redwood flooring and black marbling.
All trimmings are an expensive gold.

This pad includes 2 main floors. One of which is on the roof. Perfect for outdoor dining or hot tubs.
There is also a raised platform in the centre of the room which leads to the double staircase. Up there are two separate balconies. Possibly for a bedroom. Or a cosy area for your club or bar.

There is no outdoor land. I have used a plain off-white colour for the background so it is both appealing and suitable for screenshots.
