Winter Lakefront Home

This is a modern style Winter Lakefront home.
It is textured with African Ebony wood; chocolate metallic window trim;
chocolate velvet carpeting in the bedroom; and has a rich, deep red stucco finish on the walls.
The Cobblestone spa floor, patio and pathway are covered with snowy/ice patches;
the lake is iced over with a thick snowy/ice texture; and blue water in the pool and spa.
The inner and outer railings are custom designed with winter ice frosted etched glass.

This lakefront home has a sunroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, bedroom, pool room, spa and patio area.
The frosty landscape is ringed by tall, snow-covered mountains and faces a wintry lake.

This home features: 75 seating nodes (25 standing, 25 sitting and 25 walking)
You can walk in and out of the doors, up and down the stairs, up and down the patio and pathway.
There are plenty of furniture nodes as well (floors, walls, ceiling, ground, water, path).
