If you are having problems with any of my hairs I can not help you. This "black stuff" seems to be a loading problem. If you take it off and put it back on it should fix itself if not IMVU may be experiencing high trafic problems and can not handle some of the hairs at that time. Just use something else and try again latter. I cannot refund you since I did not cause these problems Anyone looking to buy these products please be aware, but also know they DO WORK CORRECTLY!
