If you played Halo Reach or read the books, you should know what Anchor 9 is and what ONI(Office of Naval Intelligence) is. If not let me explain. Anchor 9 is a UNSC Defense Space Station that floats/orbiting above the planet Reach. ONI is the intelligence service branch of the UNSC Navy.
