Sources variously refer to the Grey version as "Operations", "Sciences", "Technical"... All I can say is Chekov and Uhura wear the grey trimmed outfit in the movies so you can make your own mind up what it stands for. It's a whole uniform, complete with slacks and boots. I hope that expanding the available colour schemes proves popular.
