Everything I have made to date for the Miami "Elite Black" Estates, is included in this bundle with the exception of the elite office set. Amazingly innovative animated mesh by PrinceCharming, is the room featured in this bundle. Special care was taken in my choice of other furnishings added to complete this beautiful beach front estate.

This scene has 75 Seating nodes(25 Standing, 25 Sitting and 25 Walk Through animation). You can climb stairs walk in and out of doorways and take a stroll. You will have to explore to find them all. After your long walk you can relax in one of two pools either enjoying the sunset or the hypnotic flow of water from the waterfall at the inside pool. The interior is done in marble and granite, with accents of polished brass and gold.
