Is your avie losing track of the conversation? Maybe it's time to take notes! Never leave your avie clueless again with the trusty Notepad. This simple combination of Pencil and flip-out Notepad will keep you on top of the conversation... or at least make it look like you're paying attention! The Pencil stays behind the ear, like all good writers, and the Notepad itself remains hidden until use, popping out of the avatar's pocket at a moment's notice. There's no better way to show that you're paying attention, then to whip out a Notepad during the conversation and jot down some notes. (please note: Doesn't ACTUALLY help you remember anything)

PLEASE NOTE: The Notepad itself remains HIDDEN until used! The Pencil stays visible behind the avie's Right Ear. The Notepad works equally well for Male or Female avies, but is found under Male Gloves because it's a Hand-related item and IMVU lacks a Uni- category. The Notepad set is designed for the Default Avie head. The Pencil element might not correctly fit other custom avie heads, depending on their size and shape. Also certain Hairstyles and Gloves might obscure the Notepad's visible. This accessory conflicts with any item that uses Channel 85 in the avie's body. Extremely few items replace that body channel, but if one of your items does it will either remove this item, or the other item. To ensure this product works correctly with both your chosen Hairstyle, Head, and Outfit, please use TRY IT before you BUY IT! There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't fit correctly.

Want a more official looking Notepad? Maybe the avie to write faster or slower? Or how about some SOUND EFFECTS!? Well then, quite complaining and DERIVE it! This is the Texture map used for the Notepad. Use this to make small changes, such as a new Cover or Paper type. Bare in mind that the Notepad is only visible for short periods of time, so any fine detail you add might be lost:

This is the Opacity layer for the Spine. Anything that is White is solid, and anything that is Black is invisible. Think of it like an inverted silhouette of the Texture, which determines which parts you can and can't see. If you wish to change the shape, make certain it matches the Texture map you're using. Use the Wireframe template below for reference, to see how the images will attach to the model:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
