This is simply a fun hat for goofing around in. A snake escaping from its basket,,,, which happens to be a hat!
The poor snake charmer who cannot keep his snakes in his head, ha ha. The reason
the snake can escape is because the charmer has not fed the poor thing and the snake as become
so thin, he is able to slip through the weave of the basket. Have fun with this and do have a laugh!
