This is an animated tongue that you can wear with almost any head as it is aligned with the default tongue position...so long as it is not a huge bobble head or a drastically distorted head. Works with most poses that offer open mouths. Many of my heads are made to NOT pinch with pouting avatars or default smiling avatars but they DO open with such poses. This tongue will work regardless if the mouth opens or not but you really should try before you buy to see if you like how it looks with your outfit and pose(s).
