A red/green light source for rooms with ambient lighting.
Works best in a dark ambient room.
Place it in the room and it will alternate between yellow and blue and will cast those colours across nearby avatars.

Note that you cannot change the colour. This is contained in the xsf file. Changing that file will remove the effect.

The lighting effect ONLY works in ambient rooms. It will not glow in other rooms, or in the PR room. Effect will vary depending on the lighting already present. Multiple animated light sources can interfere with one another.
