The "Any Length" in the title refers to the fact that developers can change the length of the boots on new items they derive from this using opacity maps. You cannot buy this and then change the length of your boots.

Developers: These are Any Length Boots for men, with smooth feet (no heel) that go up to the thigh. These were made on request. They include an opacity map so you can make them longer or shorter, and they now have FEET underneath so you can use opacity over the whole thing. Make sandals, boots, and more!

These boots will work with standard skintight pants. They might not work with skintight pants that have been enhanced or changed.
