This dress is designed to fit over the D-shape body and may not fit well over other bodies. Particularly because it has a cinched waist.

For fringe effect, it helps to use a gradient, so I've provided the textures that I used for the fringe layers in case anyone wants to use them, and I've also posted the fringe transparencies in case that will be of help to anyone.
