This is a wonderful empty 1 room cabin that is actually "furniture". That means you can put it in any room as an added building. Empty rooms are great for this. You can even re-size and add furniture inside. It's so cool!!!
If you need to position furntiture better, just hold down the ctrl button and moving left to right. To position furniture higher or lower, just the shift key while moving it.
